- Preparing Gravy.
- Garnish and Serve it.
Step 1 Preparing Kofte
Kofte Ingredients
- Cabbage(1 medium).
- Onion (1).
- Green chili (2-3).
- Turmeric powder (haldi) 1/2 tbsp.
- Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp.
- Coriander powder (dhaniya) 1 tbsp.
- Gram Flour (2 spoon).
- Rice Flour (1 spoon).
- Corn flour 1 tbsp.
- Salt to taste.
Preparation Method
- Chop cabbage, take a mixing bowl and put chopped cabbage in bowl.
- Add chopped onion.
- Green chili.
- Gram flour.
- Turmeric powder.
- Red chili powder.
- Coriander powder.
- Rice flour and salt.
- Mix it .
- Make kofte (round/oval shaped ball) of mixture.
- Shallow fry them in appam maker.
- Turn Kofte on other side and wait till Kofte turn into golden brown.
Note: A healthy twist in this dish we can shallow fry Kofte in appam maker.
Step 2 Preparing Gravy
Gravy Ingredients
- Onion (2).
- Tomato (2).
- Mustard Seeds 1 tbsp.
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp.
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp.
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp.
- Garam Masala 1/4 tbsp.
- Ginger (one pinch)
- Salt to taste.
Preparing Gravy
- Take a pan, put little oil in it.
- Add Mustard Seeds.
- Add Ginger.
- Addchopped onion and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato and saute till tomato become soft.
- Addturmeric powder .
- Red chili powder.
- Coriander powder.
- Stir it for 2 minutes and add salt and Garam Masala.
- Leave it for 10 minutes on medium flame.
- After 15 minute put Kofte in gravy .
- Add little water and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3 Garnish And Serve it
- Coriander leaves for garnishing and serve it.

Some tips
- A healthy twist in this dish we can shallow fry Kofte in appam maker.
- Always have fried curries at lunch time , avoid having them in night time.
- Always use organic things , that will take your food to another level.
- Add enough Gram flour , so that it will help you to bind cabbage and also help cabbage to take oval shape.
