Indian food is also influenced by religious and cultural choices and traditions Ingredients.Let’s make Arbi Ke patte ,Traditional it is a fried curry ,but as a health twist we are preparing steamed version of it.This would be a dry and steamed curry made of Arbi leafs (Colocasia leafs/Taro Leafs).
You can grow these leafs in your own garden just like any normal plant.

We will be preparing curry in three steps
  1. Steamed Leafs.
  2. Preparing Gravy.
  3. Garnish and Serve it.

Ingredients
  1. Arbi  leafs (Colocasia leafs/Taro leafs).
  2. Gram Floor (Besan) 3-4 spoon.
  3. Red chili powder.
  4. Salt to taste.
  5. Asafoetida (Hing).
  6. Onion (2 medium)(grinded).
  7. Ginger .
  8. Turmeric Powder(Haldi) powder  ¼ tbsp.
  9. Coriander Powder (Dhaniya powder) 1 tbsp.
  10. Oil 2-4 tbsp.
  11. Mustard seeds ¼ tbsp.

Step 1 Preparing Leafs
Ingredients
  1. Arbi  leafs (Colocasia leafs/Taro leafs).
  2. Gram Flour (Besan) 3-4 spoon.
  3. Red Chili Powder 1/2 tbsp.
  4. Garam Masala 1 tbsp.
  5. Salt to taste.
Preparation Method:
  1. Take a bowl and mix Gram Floor.
  2. Add Asafoetida.
  3. Add Red chili powder.
  4. Add Salt.
  5. Pour some water and mix it well (a little thick in consistency).
  6. Put this batter on Arbi leafs.
  7. You should put batter on other side (Back side of Leaf) on leafs and then roll it.
  8. Take a steamer and steam the Rolled Arbi Leaves.
  9. After 10-15 minute remove from the steamer.
  10. After it cools down cut into small round pieces.
Step 2 – Preparing Gravy
Ingredients for Gravy
  1. Onion (2 medium)(grinded).
  2. Ginger 1 pinch.
  3. Asafoetida (Hing) 1 pinch.
  4. Red Chili Powder ½ tbsp.
  5. Turmeric Powder(Haldi) powder  ¼ tbsp.
  6. Coriander Powder (Dhaniya powder) 1 tbsp.
  7. Salt to taste.
  8. Oil 2-4 tbsp.
  9. Mustard seeds ¼ tbsp.
Preparation method:
  1. Take a pan and Add Oil.
  2. Add Asafoetida.
  3. Add mustard seeds.
  4. Wait till mustard seeds pops.
  5. Add Turmeric powder.
  6. Add Red chili powder.
  7. Add Coriander powder.
  8. Add Garam Masala.
  9. Add Onion paste.
  10. Add Water.
  11. Add salt and stir it well.
  12. Let it cook for 15 minutes.
  13. After 15 minutes add round pieces of Arbi leafs and cook for few minutes.
Step 3 Garnish And Serve
  1. Now it is ready to serve.


Some Tips
  1. We are prepare  Arbi ke patte  with steam.Which will reduce oil intake .
  2. After adding mustard seeds,Wait till mustard seeds pops.
  3. Grow Arbi leafs(Colocasia leafs/Taro Leafs/Eddoe ) in our own garden,so it is more natural and healthier.
  4. Please eat this curry in lunch time.

But today we will be sharing with you one of my favorite dish which is Dal Bhujia , which is dry curry.
Which had been pass on to me from my mother in law.This dish healthy and Tasty too.
We prepare is easy three steps
  1. Prepare ingredients .
  2. Preparing curry.
  3. Garnish and Serve.


Ingredients:
  1. Methi (1 bunch)(Menthe/Fenugreek )
  2. Yellow Moong dal (1/4 cup)
  3. Onion (1)
  4. Ginger (one Pinch)
  5. Garlic ( 5-6 cloves)
  6. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbsp
  7. Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  8. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  9. Garam Masala 1/4 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste

Preparation Method
Step 1. Prepare ingredients
  1. Chop Onion.
  2. Chop Garlic.
  3. Chop Ginger.
  4. Soaked Yellow Moong Dal 10-15 minutes.
Step 2 Preparing Curry
  1. Take a pan put Little oil in it.
  2. Add Garlic.
  3. Add Ginger.
  4. Add Chopped onion.
  5. Add Turmeric Powder.
  6. Add Red Chili Powder.
  7. Add Coriander Powder.
  8. Add Garam Masala
  9. And then stir it for 2 minutes.
  10. Add soaked dal in it.
  11. Add water and cover with a lid and allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
  12. After 5 minutes add chopped Methi/Fenugreek  in it .
  13. And add salt
  14. Allow it to cook for 15-20 minutes,so Methi /Fenugreek bitterness will go.

Step 3  Garnish And Server
  1. Garnish
  2. Now Serve






Some Tips
  1. Soak Moong dal in water for 15-20 minutes so that it will not remain uncooked .
  2. To reduce bitterness of Methi add salt and allow it to cook for 15-20 minutes
  3. Always have green leaf vegetable and dal in lunch,avoid them to have them in dinner.
  4. Instead of yellow Moong Dal you also use green Moong Dal.
  5. Preparing everything with love.

Time to have quick and healthy salad.
Simple steps
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Garnish for serve.




Ingredients:

Radish (2-3)
Tomato (1-2)
Red chili (2-3 small)
Lemon 1
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Preparation Method:
Step1-Mixing


1.Take a mixing bowl 
2.Add grated Radish.
3.Add grated tomato.
4.Add chopped red chilies/ green chili mix it.
5.Add lemon juice 
6.And salt and mix it well.

Step2- Garnish
  1. Garnish it with coriander leaves.





Some tips
1. Always create this salad 10 minutes earlier when we need to serve.
2. Please have this salad in afternoon.
3. This salad is cold in nature avoid having this salad in winter season.
4. Try to have with heavy food to reduce impact.

Time for chutney now.
Chutney is usually  is a spice, sauce or preparation that is added to food to impart a particular flavor, associated with Indian cuisine and also it’s flavors work well with recipes from many other cultures.
You would be able to enjoy it with any India and western dish.
With little twist you can also enjoy this chutney even in fast/vrat.


After preparing it you can even preserve in refrigerator and used as spread any kind of dishes.

We can use this preserved chutney max 6-7 days.

We will preparing chutney in simple two steps
1.Preparing ingredients.
2.Serve it.









Ingredients:

1. Coriander Leaves (a bunch).
2. Sendha Namak to taste(Rock Salt).
3. Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp.
4, Add Green Chili

Preparation Method:

1.Take a jar and
2. Add Coriander.
3. Add Sendha Namak.
4. Add Green Chili
5. Add Cumin seeds.  
6.Then grind it nicely.

 ready to serve



Some Tips
1. You can add lemon juice to the chutney , but you can preserve it for max 2-3 Days.
2. Always use fresh and organic Coriander leaves it will make food more tasty.

4. Exhale take your left leg back .Asana Name -Chadu ranga danda-asana(High plank).

 5. Inhale sit back,relax,buttocks to the heels.
Asana Name -Shashankasana(Moon pose or extended child pose).

6. Inhale coming up,exhale buttocks up chest down
