Healthy Dal Bhujiya / Methi /Menthe/Fenugreek Curry

As we evolved as a human being ,our food had been also evolved with it.
With the influence of different cultural new dishes had been innovated.
But today we will be sharing with you one of my favorite dish which is Dal Bhujia , which is dry curry.
Which had been pass on to me from my mother in law.This dish healthy and Tasty too.
We prepare is easy three steps
  1. Prepare ingredients .
  2. Preparing curry.
  3. Garnish and Serve.


Ingredients:
  1. Methi (1 bunch)(Menthe/Fenugreek )
  2. Yellow Moong dal (1/4 cup)
  3. Onion (1)
  4. Ginger (one Pinch)
  5. Garlic ( 5-6 cloves)
  6. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbsp
  7. Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  8. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  9. Garam Masala 1/4 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste

Preparation Method
Step 1. Prepare ingredients
  1. Chop Onion.
  2. Chop Garlic.
  3. Chop Ginger.
  4. Soaked Yellow Moong Dal 10-15 minutes.
Step 2 Preparing Curry
  1. Take a pan put Little oil in it.
  2. Add Garlic.
  3. Add Ginger.
  4. Add Chopped onion.
  5. Add Turmeric Powder.
  6. Add Red Chili Powder.
  7. Add Coriander Powder.
  8. Add Garam Masala
  9. And then stir it for 2 minutes.
  10. Add soaked dal in it.
  11. Add water and cover with a lid and allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
  12. After 5 minutes add chopped Methi/Fenugreek  in it .
  13. And add salt
  14. Allow it to cook for 15-20 minutes,so Methi /Fenugreek bitterness will go.

Step 3  Garnish And Server
  1. Garnish
  2. Now Server






Some Tips
  1. Soak Moong dal in water for 15-20 minutes so that it will not remain uncooked .
  2. To reduce bitterness of Methi add salt and allow it to cook for 15-20 minutes
  3. Always have green leaf vegetable and dal in lunch,avoid them to have them in dinner.
  4. Instead of yellow Moong Dal you also use green Moong Dal.
  5. Preparing everything with love.
