As this a time of Christmas and New Year , Let us make egg less cake.This a very basic cake which not required any professional skill in making.Easy in making and yummy in taste.Also it required very less time in preparing.Time required to prepare is this cake is maximum 15 minute.Amazing is in it.
We will preparing cake in simple three steps
  1. Mixing of ingredients.
  2. Baking for Cake.
  3. Serve it.

 Ingredients
  1. Refined Flour (Maida) (1 cup)
  2. Brown Sugar (1 cup)
  3. Milk (1 cup)
  4. Baking powder (1 tsp)
  5. Butter (200 gm)
  6. Vanilla essence (1 tbsp)
  7. Curd (1/2 cup)
  8. Chocolate chips (1/2 cup)
  9. Lemon juice (1 tsp)
Preparation Method
Step 1 Mixing of Ingredients
  1. Take a bowl
  2. Add Butter
  3. Add Sugar
  4. Add a cup of whole milk
  5. And whisk is properly for minimum 2-3 minute just to make the sugar,butter and the milk is mix together.It should be smooth mixture .There should not be any lump remaining.
  6. Once we have done with mixture, now we will add dry ingredients.
  7. Take Sieve/Chalni add Flour ,Cocoa powder and  Baking powder in it , strain all the ingredients in the mixture and whisk together until we get a nice and smooth mixture of our batter.
  8. Add vanilla essence to the batter and whisk it up until the recent ingredients we poured is blended well.
  9. And now the final step ,add lemon juice and curd,lemon juice will react with baking powder and that is what gonna make this cake has sponge texture and mix it up until the lemon juice mixed well with the batter.

 Step 2 Baking for cake
  1. 1.Get the microwave dish grease it with some butter to make sure that cake will not stick to the microwave dish.
  2. Once  we have done,pour the batter into the microwave dish and place it into microwave for about 5 minutes at a temp 200 degree Celsius .
  3. As the cake gets cooked in the microwave it gets bubbled up.
  4. 4.To avoid overflowing of mixture,try to use wide and deep microwave dish.
  5. Once cake is cooked well,remove it from the microwave.
  6. 6..We can also make sure that our cake is cooked well by inserting a toothpick in the center of the cake and when the toothpick revoked from the cake it comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool before remove it to a serving plate.
Step 3 Serving
  1. Now the cake is ready to serve.




Some special tips
  1. You can also use liquidize butter.
  2. If possible use electric hand blend for more smoothness.
  3. Grease butter properly to all sides of microwave dish.
  4. You can add little more quantity of to increase sponge of cake.
